Nakamichi NAM5960 PRO Review in Kenya

Upgrade your drive

Want a bigger, smarter center for your car? The Nakamichi NAM5960 PRO gives you a spacious 9-inch QLED 2.5D IPS display, so maps, music, and menus are easier to see from the driver’s seat. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto bring your familiar smartphone features onto the screen without another cable running across your dashboard. With Android built in, you also have access to Google Maps, Chrome, YouTube, and Play Store, while the Qualcomm 8-Core A73 processor, 4GB RAM, and 64GB storage give the receiver a capable platform for everyday entertainment. The result is a dashboard that feels more connected without making you constantly reach for your phone.

Take control of your sound

If you are upgrading your speakers and amplifiers, the NAM5960 PRO gives you the processing and connections to make those components work together properly. Its 48-band EQ and 20 presets give you detailed control over your system’s tonal balance, so you can correct peaks, shape the response, and tune the sound around your listening position. The 5.1-channel pre-outs provide dedicated FL, FR, RL, RR, SUB, and CEN connections, giving your installer a clear signal path when building a multi-channel amplified system. You can also play high-quality formats including DSD, FLAC, APE, and AAC, while optical and coaxial inputs provide additional options for compatible digital sources. When the receiver, amplifier, speakers, and subwoofer are tuned as one system, you get more than louder music, you get better balance, control, and definition throughout your cabin.

See more around you

Your receiver can also make everyday driving easier when it works with the right cameras and vehicle accessories. The Nakamichi NAM5960 PRO supports an AHD 720P reverse camera, giving you a clearer view behind your vehicle when parking, while support for a 1080P 360° camera can give you a wider perspective around the car in tight spaces. Dual-band 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi keeps supported online features connected, while Bluetooth gives you another convenient way to connect your devices. Even the RGB LED illumination lets you give the receiver a look that better suits your interior. Properly integrated, it becomes part of the vehicle rather than simply another screen added to the dashboard.
